    All the phrases are gender neutral. If you are a woman, you say <Chan> <phrase> <kaah>. If you are a man, you say <Pom> <phrase> <krap>. It's also kinda okay for a man to say 'Chan' but a woman shouldn't say 'Pom'. However, the use of either is very formal and only used if you need to stress that you are referring to yourself. For example, if someone says' Khun sabai dee mai? (How are you?)', you only need to say 'Sabai dee kapkhun kaah/krap (good thanks)'
