MBK Center Bangkok Guide – My Favourite Shopping Mall in Thailand

MBK Center (Mahboonkrong) is one of Bangkok’s most popular shopping destinations.

With eight stories and over 2,000 shops, you can find virtually anything here, from clothes to cameras. More than 100,000 people visit MBK daily in search of amazing deals and I think I went there over a dozen times during my stay in Bangkok.

Whenever I needed to grab a new shirt, some shorts, a new phone, gifts and some souvenirs, I was sure to find it here.

Everything here is a good deal but just know that things aren’t always 100% genuine – even though someone might try to convince you they are.

Shop here knowing you’ll do a little bartering and have fun with it!

My sister, my dad and I went to that mall, it's big! There are 7 level floors. Me and my sister been there two times and my dad only went there once. We visited Thailand for the first time this year in May for 2 weeks. We went to Buriram, Surin, Phuket, Pattaya and Bangkok. We went to Siem Rep, Cambodia for 2 days to see Angkor Wat but I've been visiting Cambodia in 2014 also in May, that was 4 years ago. The roads in Cambodia are crazy and crowded. I been to Angkor Wat temple twice, one was from 2014 and this year of 2018. We went to the elephant show in Surin, Thailand. My favorite part from the elephant show was hula hoops. I shook a baby elephant's trunk with my hand and I gave a dollar one of the elephants then I got in a picture with 2 elephants, they hugged me with their trunks! Me and my sister went to Phuket for 2 and a half days. We rode on an elephant. We go to Phi Phi island and saw Monkey in the ocean. Went to elephant retirement park. The places in Phuket was greatest town. Day after my sister and I visited Phuket then we go visited Pattaya that our cousin lived there. She took us to tiger park, fairy wheel boat, night market and big Buddha temple. Pattaya was a wonderful place that I've ever visited there. Then we went to Bangkok for last one, we went to a big mall that has 7 level floors, we went to Grand Palace temple. That's all I have to say.
